With Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer, being released June 15, 2007, there has been much discussion as to how the Silver Surfer would show up on screen. There were rumors of an actor playing the surfboard riding hero or possibly having him be totally computer generated.
Well, it seems as if the character will be mostly CGI as some shots of an actor in a green suit some motion capture have now popped up online. Rumors are also circulating that it is actor Doug Jones under the mask. Jones played in Doom, Lady In The Water, and most notably as Abe Sapien in Hellboy.

Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer which returns stars Jessica Alba, Ioan Gruffudd, Chris Evans, and Michael Chiklis is the sequel to 2005’s Fantastic Four, both directed by Tim Story.
