The Pulse:

This not been what I expected from an arc or event called Chameleon Conspiracy. He’s been in this story, but has played a back seat to the Finisher and hasn’t encountered Spider-Man yet. That said, that Theresa Parker, Finisher and Chameleon subplot is the must compelling of this issue. Decent art though. 6 out of 10.
