In anticipation for its February 18th release, DreamWorks has unveiled a new featurette on the sci-fi action adventure I Am Number Four. Director D.J. Caruso (Disturbia, Eagle Eye) and star Alex Pettyfer briefly discuss the origins of the mysterious “Number Four.”
The film, written by Alfred Gough & Miles Millar (Smallville) and based on a novel by Pittacus Lore (a pseudonym for Jobie Hughes and James Frey), also stars Timothy Olyphant (Justified), Dianna Agron, Kevin Durand, Callan McAuliffe and Jake Abel. The film centers on John (Pettyfer), an earthbound teen who masks his true identity by passing himself off as a typical high school student. While trying to assimilate, he discovers that the enemy that destroyed his home planet is hunting him on planet Earth.
